Texas

Ok I know y'all already know we're movin' to Texas. I have been wantin' to blog about it for so long but every time I ask my mom she like no i'ma do it and then she never does. So today I told her I was gonna because she had her chance for like 2 months. But anyway, my dad accepted a job as the President of Argosy University in Dallas, Texas. Argosy is just like a private university that has 18 campuses in the country. They are a small private university that wants to grow and add business programs. And my dad is "business savvy"!

Anyway, I am excited, sad, worried, scared, and happy. My dad left today and (if we sell our house) we'll go the first week of June. I hope we'll make friends easily and live in a good, safe neighborhood with nice, fun neighbors.

We aint going to live exactly in Dallas. We are most likely going to live in Frisco which is 20 min north of Dallas.
(If you can't tell, I was trying to talk like a Texan...hehe)

Las Vegas!

This past week we have been in Las Vegas for Alec's basketball tournament. It was so fun and the weather was WAY better than here. In Vegas, the first day we went to the Hard Rock Cafe! It was awesome! The song "I love rock and roll" came on and the whole restaraunt was singing along! That same night we went on the roller coaster Manhatten Express in the New York-New York hotel. We went upside down and did cork-skrews! It was so fun! The next day we went shopping in the HUGE Outlet Mall! They had every store you could possibly think of!!!! I was in HEAVEN!!! Finally, our last day we ate at the Cheesecake Factory! I told my Mom that that is my new favorite restaraunt! It was delicious!!!!! They had like millions of different kinds of cheesecake!!!! Las Vegas was a BLAST and we all had tons of fun!!!!!

In the 80's

Ok well this last thursday was Decade Day at my school. I dressed up as an 80's chick. I didn't take any pictures, cause well i dunno i just didnt, but I took one of my dad's old T-shirts and cut off the neck of it so it was a hang-off-the-shoulder shirt and tied it on the side. I wore old flooded jeans with green legwarmers over them (the leg warmers were actually the sleeves of my mom's old ugly fuzzy sweater) and tenni shoes. I did a huge bump on the front of my hair and ratted the rest of it up. I had bright blue/green eyeshadow and some lip gloss. I looked UGLY! But I wasn't as bad as my mom's high school picture! WHEW! Let me tell ya...that was just something else!

The Twilight Series

Ok so i just barely finished Eclipse. I'm not sure I liked it as much as I thought I was going to. Twilight is the best by a LOOOOOOONG shot. Jacob bugs me so bad!! And Bella keeps falling for him and Edward doesn't even stop her!!! She should just says goodbye to Jacob forever and get over herself. I still love all the books even thought they do get on my nerves at points!
