eXaMs!

Finally exams are over! I am so relieved that I don't have to study for hours every night now! (well at least until TAKS). I actually did pretty good. My average over all was a 90 ( i think) for all of my exams, which is actually pretty good. Language Arts= 86%, Skills for living=99%, Video Production=100%, Math=87%, U.S History= 85% (in my U.S. history class 14 out of 21 people failed), Math Lab-87%, Science 89%. If I were still in Utah, I would have done a ton better but Texas schools are a lot harder. So I have gone from a straight A student to a B average student, which is fine but i wish i did better. Oh well...I tried my best!
P.S. thanks for giving me some new study methods!

Christmas Vaca!!!

So a lot of you already know that over Christmas break we flew to Philly to visit my aunts Jami and Stacey. We left on Thursday the 18th and flew in really late that night. So we drove to Jami's house first. On Friday we went through Amish country.
The Amish Village
We saw lots of the amish horses and their buggies.
Saturday-We rode the train into downtown Philly. We rode the double decker tour bus, went on the Independence hall tour, saw the liberty bell, and other history stuff. That was not exactly my favorite day....(oh and B.T.W. it was butt cold!)
Waiting to get ont he train
Independence Hall

You probably can't see this very well but they are copies of the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, and the Contsitution.
This is where the Constituitonal Convention was held.
The Liberty Bell Ryann and me on top of our double decker!

Sunday-Jami and Jason's church got canceled cause of ice storms. So we hung out, played a lot of scrabble, and a lot of hide and go seek with Miles and Cole! Oh we also played in the snow a little bit.
Jami's driveway was iced over....
We just woke up...can u tell??

Monday-We drove about 2 and 1/2 hours do Washington D.C. We saw the white house, the Washington Memorial, the Jefferson and Lincoln memorials, and the American history Smithsonian and the Space Smithsonian.
The White House
Jefferson Memorial
The capital building
The Washington Memorial
Tuesday-We drove up to East Stroudsburg to stay with my mom's other sister, Stacey, and her family. That day we just hung out, went sledding and played with the cousins. On Wednesday it was Christmas Eve so we just chilled that day too. Me, Gabe, and Alec shot air soft guns at each other too!
Baking cookies for Santa (and us)!
Oh and I changed Gabe into Gabriella!
The final Product!
Cute Cameryn!
Air Soft wars
Thursday-Christmas! I got the new nano (the orange one), twilight stuff, jewelry, clothes and candy! I had a really good Christmas! Especially cause i gotta spend it with my cousins!

The stuff to the right is mine. The stuff to the left is Alec's.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday-Friday we played with our new stuff and went to see Bedtime Stories. Saturday I woke up throwing up. The week before we got there the Beebe's had the flu. Apparently I got it. Luckily it was only 24 hours. It still was not fun! Sunday everybody went to church. I stayed home cause i was still a little sick. When everybody got home, we went on a walk and took some family pics.
Mom just wanted to be cool like Gabe, Alec, and me.

Hey look Mom! Your not the only one that wanted to feel cool! Jk luv ya!
Monday and Tuesday- New York!!! Stac and James live about 2 hours from NYC! So we drove up on mon. We saw the statue of liberty, the empire state building, where the world trade center used to be, and all the big buildings! I also got to go shoppin on 5th ave! It was fun! I think New York was my fav! Ok a funny story...So its a few days before New Years eve so NY is totally crowded. Well the kids thought they were hilarious and decided to act like Buddy the elf. On the cross walks, they would jump from white line to white line all the way accross the road every time we crossed a street! They ran in circles in the doors that spin, and told everyone " Buddy the elf, whats your favorite color?"! It was so embarrassing but hilarious!!!

So on Monday night we stayed at a hotel in New York. It was tiny!! 4 twin beds + 6 petersons + 2 Beebes= a crazy night in a 4 by 4 hotel room!
We had a way fun vacation! We hope to see all of our cousins next year cause Christmas is here next year Vernies, Saunders, Beebes, ang g-ma and g-pa! (This post took me 3 hours so i hope you liked it)!!:)
